Hello, my name is Gerri Terrell and I am the owner of Terrella's Bakery. I have found a new niche in
the world of baking.  I am so excited about embracing a new product line and introducing a gluten
free/vegan bakery to feed all of America.  

This has inspired me so much that I am overwhelmed with a good feeling that I can help others that
are effected with issues involving gluten.  Gluten is that mysterious protein that a growing number of
people are being diagnosed with Celiac disease, wheat allergy and wheat intolerance.  This means
that they cannot eat wheat and in the case of Celiac disease cannot eat rye or barley, because the
protein to those grains, commonly  referred to as a gluten; are toxic to their bodies.  If you are one of
these people you probably thought that you would never learn how to bake safe versions of these
delicious treats for yourself.

All of these outstanding - beautiful innovations are the ultimate adorable and innocent way to treat
yourselves without missing the dairy and wheat.  This is this sweet and healthy way to enjoy your
deserts.
Talking to many people the consumer could not believe that we have finally arrived with new products
that are quite tasty and satisfying to the mouth and tummy. Thus far my product line will be a different
variety of cookies - with add-ins, brownies, muffins, cupcakes, cakes and coffee cakes that are
offered for breakfast. And adding to the product line will be an assortment  image of breads that all
families can enjoy.  For the next  five years my vision is to focus on deriving children as well as the
adult consumer.
